Quantum Optics Group

I graduated with a BSc in Physics from St. Patrick's College, Maynooth and also with a H.Dip. Ed. from the same college.  Since then I graduated with a BSc in Information Technology from DCU as well as an MSc in Computer Applications also from DCU.  

I have been teaching in Our Lady's Secondary School in Castleblayney Co. Monaghan since my initial graduation.  I mainly teach physics along with some mathematics and computer applications.

This is my third year in the STAR programme.  I worked with the Quantum Optics group for the previous two years in CIT.  It was a very valuable and enjoyable experience - so much so that here I am again with the same group this summer.
